Frequently asked questions

Quick answers for US pharmacies.

What does it cost?

$69 USD a month for your first location, or $59 USD a month billed annually. Each extra location is $29 USD a month, or $25 USD a month on annual. No setup fees, no long-term contract, cancel anytime.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 30 days free. No card to start.

Which states does it support?

Florida, first. Other states are not supported yet: pick your state when you sign up, and we'll email you when it's ready.

Does NarcCount file DEA forms or notices for me?

No. It keeps your records, prints them and shows what is due. You file and send them.

Can I switch from another reconciliation tool?

Yes. Upload your records, then enter your last physical count as a new count and finalize it. Reconciliation carries on from there.

Is my data secure?

Only your pharmacy's authorized users can see it, and every change is kept in the activity log.

What if I find a mistake after finalizing a count?

Add the missing record or correct the entry. Expected is worked out live, so the reconciliation updates itself.
