Reports and CSV exports
Print a count as your controlled substance inventory record, or export it as CSV.
Print report
From any count, press Print report. A US report is headed Controlled substance inventory. It shows the count date, whether it was taken at the opening or close of business, your Florida permit number, your DEA number and your PDM, with the lines grouped by DEA schedule, Schedule II first.
Fill in your details
Add your permit number, DEA number and PDM in Settings, under Regulatory details. A blank prints as a dash.
Keeping records
Florida requires these records to be kept at least 4 years (the DEA's minimum is 2).
Export CSV
Export CSV downloads the whole reconciliation, with each drug's last count and its purchased, dispensed and destroyed totals, to archive or open in a spreadsheet.
