SMS terms

NarcCount Support is a customer-care text programme for pharmacies that use NarcCount and for people evaluating it. You text us a question about the software; our AI tech assistant answers, 24/7. Anything it can’t answer — anything touching a controlled-substance discrepancy, a regulatory obligation, or patient information — is passed to a person instead of answered.

By texting the support line first. We do not send marketing texts and we do not add anyone to a list. The only messages you will ever receive are replies to a conversation you started, and replies from our team to a request you made.

By sending a text message to 1 (365) 800-6272 you agree to receive text messages from NarcCount at the mobile number you texted from, in reply to your question. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of buying anything from us, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.

What you get back if you reply START:

What you get back if you reply HELP:

Message frequency varies and depends entirely on how many messages you send us — in a typical support conversation, one reply per message. Message and data rates may apply. NarcCount does not charge anything for texting support.

Reply STOP at any time and we will send you nothing further. Reply START to resume, or HELP for our contact details. You can also just call the number, or email support@narccount.ca.

Please do not text patient-identifying information — names, dates of birth, health card or prescription numbers. SMS is not a secure channel and our assistant is built to refuse messages that contain it rather than process them. If a support question genuinely needs patient detail, call us and we will find another way.

Support conversations are read by our team so they can answer you, and are handled under our privacy policy. Carriers are not permitted to use your mobile information for anything other than delivering these messages, and we do not sell or share it. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
