Is this DIN a narcotic?

Type any Canadian DIN. See the product, its federal drug schedule, whether it is still marketed, and what that means for your count.

Three to try

A narcotic still on the market, and a controlled drug and a targeted substance whose DINs have been cancelled.

Where the answer comes from

Every result is read live from Health Canada’s Drug Product Database and kept for at most a day. The schedule shown is the one Health Canada lists for the product — NARCOTICS (CDSA I), CONTROLLED DRUGS (CDSA III), TARGETED SUBSTANCES (CDSA IV) and so on — shortened, never guessed. Cancelled and dormant DINs are included, because they still turn up on a shelf and in old records.

Only what you type is sent to Health Canada; nothing about you goes with it.

Counting these by hand? NarcCount reconciles every controlled DIN on your shelf.
