Switching from iApotheca to NarcCount

Already reconciling narcotics in iApotheca? You can move to NarcCount without losing your history. The point of switching is to keep everything you’ve built — your counts and transaction records come with you, so your reconciliations stay continuous.

What you get with NarcCount

How the switch works

1

Export your records

Pull your counts, purchases, dispensing, and destruction history out of your current tool as CSV.

2

Import into NarcCount

Upload them — column auto-detection and DIN canonicalization mean your history comes across cleanly.

3

Run your next count

Do a normal count in NarcCount and confirm it reconciles against your imported history.

4

Cancel your old tool

Once you've confirmed a clean reconciliation, you're free to switch off the old subscription.
