Exporting dispensing records from Fillware

Fillware can report every controlled-substance prescription dispensed in a date range — exactly what NarcCount reconciles against.

In Fillware

• Open Reports → Prescription (Rx) reports.
• Choose a dispensing/Rx report that can filter by drug schedule.
• Set the date range from the day after your last count to your current count date.
• Filter to the narcotic, controlled, and targeted schedules (N / C / T).
• Run the report and export as CSV (or Excel, then Save As → CSV).

In NarcCount

Open Dispensing → Import dispensing from CSV and upload the file. Columns are auto-detected and DINs are canonicalized so they line up with your purchases and counts.
