Exporting dispensing records from PharmaClik
Run a controlled-drug dispensing report in PharmaClik Rx and import it.
PharmaClik Rx keeps a full dispensing history you can filter to controlled drugs and export.
In PharmaClik Rx
- Go to the Reports module.
- Choose a Prescription/Dispensing report (for example a Narcotic & Controlled Drug report).
- Set the date range from the day after your last count to your current count date.
- Limit the drug schedule to narcotics, controlled, and targeted substances.
- Generate the report and export to Excel/CSV.
In NarcCount
Open Dispensing → Import dispensing from CSV and upload. Save Excel exports as CSV first. Unknown DINs are added to Drug Management automatically.
