Exporting dispensing records from WinRx

Export a controlled-substance dispensing list from WinRx and import it into NarcCount.

WinRx can list the controlled prescriptions you filled in a period, ready to reconcile.

In WinRx

Open the Reports menu.
Choose a dispensing/narcotic report that supports a date range and schedule filter.
Set the range from the day after your last count to your current count date.
Filter to narcotic, controlled, and targeted schedules.
Export the results to CSV (or Excel, then Save As → CSV).

Open Dispensing → Import dispensing from CSV and upload the file. NarcCount auto-detects the Date, DIN, and Quantity columns.
