Exporting purchase records from Kohl & Frisch
Download a Kohl & Frisch purchase history report, convert it to CSV, and import it.
Use a Kohl & Frisch account with administrative privileges.
In Kohl & Frisch
- Open the “Account Management” tab at the top of the page.
- Choose “Purchase History Report”.
- Set the date range (last count → current count).
- Select “Narcotics” (this also includes controlled and targeted substances).
- Leave “Pick a Supplier” and “Pick a Product Type” blank.
- Choose “Excel File and Detail”, then Submit. If nothing happens, disable your browser’s pop-up blocker and retry.
Convert to CSV
K&F exports an Excel file. Open it in Excel and use File → Save As → CSV so NarcCount can read it.
In NarcCount
Go to Upload File, choose Purchases, and upload the CSV.
