Do I have to count every drug every time?
No. Count whatever you’re reconciling. Uncounted drugs keep their previous baseline until you count them again.
Can I switch from another reconciliation tool?
Yes. NarcCount can import your historical counts and transaction records so your reconciliations stay continuous.
Is my data secure and where is it stored?
Access is restricted to your pharmacy’s authorized users, and your data is hosted in Canada.
What if I find a mistake after finalizing a count?
Add the missing transaction or correct the entry — because expected is computed live, the reconciliation updates automatically.
